Dr. Katya Rubinow, MD, has received a David Mahoney Neuroimaging Grant from the Dana Foundation for her project entitled “Effect of androgen deprivation therapy on hypothalamic gliosis in men.” In collaboration with UWMDI investigator and CRU director, Ellen Schur, MD, MS, this 3-year clinical study investigates the hypothesis that testosterone deprivation in men rendered through ADT will increase MBH gliosis.
